A Surprise for the New Year

Jack likes the New Year very much. His mother and father always buy him some presents for the New Year.

Last year, Mr. Justin, his father, came back from a shop and called him:
– “Jack, come here. I have a surprise for you!”
Jack saw a big box. He was very interested in it. It looked tempting. When Jack opened the box, he saw a real miracle – a little puppy! Jack was amazed when he saw the puppy. Jack had always dreamed of having a dog. The puppy was cute and funny looking. One of its ears was black, while the other was white. Jack called it Bim. It was a real surprise for the New Year. It was the best gift Jack had ever been given.
